1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note on Pre-Orders: Items marked as “Pre-Order” will ship on or immediately after the official manufacturer release date indicated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is released.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We strictly ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your package.
- Standard Ground (USPS/UPS): 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over a specific value (if applicable) as indicated on the site banner.
3. Collector-Grade Packaging
We understand that condition is critical for TCG investors. We do not use bubble mailers for boxes. All Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Boxes, and collection boxes are shipped in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes with ample bubble wrap and void fill to prevent movement during transit.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@cardkingdomstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Card Kingdom Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, we are here to help. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in locating the package or opening a ticket with the carrier.
