Everything you need to know about ordering with Card Kingdom Store.

Authenticity & Product

Are your products factory sealed? Absolutely. We guarantee 100% authenticity. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and The Pokémon Company. We do not sell loose packs, weighed packs, or resealed products.
Do you sell single cards? Currently, we focus on sealed products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Collections) for investors and collectors. Check our “Drops” page for updates.

Shipping & Orders

When will my Pre-Order ship? Pre-orders are shipped on or immediately after the official release date. If a release date is Feb 20th, we begin shipping Feb 20th. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.
Can I combine in-stock items with pre-orders? Yes, but please note that your entire order will be held until the pre-order items are released. If you want your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship to the 50 United States.

Returns

Can I return a box if I change my mind? No. All sales are final on sealed products to protect the integrity of our inventory. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
