Strict Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and the risk of product tampering (resealing), ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SEALED PRODUCTS.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Price fluctuations in the secondary market.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections on the factory shrink wrap that do not affect the internal contents.
1. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a claim, contact us at contact@cardkingdomstore.com. Please include:
- Your Order Number (#12345).
- Clear photos of the shipping box (showing the label).
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
Important: Do not open the sealed product if it is damaged. Once the factory seal is broken by the customer, we cannot accept a return under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel a pre-order or an in-stock order at any time before a shipping label has been created.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges (credit card/PayPal fees) that are not returned to us by the processor.
3. Refunds
If your return is accepted due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
