Common Questions

“Tracking number not found”

If you just received your shipping email, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system. It is normal for the status to show “Pending” initially.

“In Transit” for several days

Ground shipping can take 3-7 business days. If there are no updates for more than 5 days, please contact our support team.
